This company is running a scam. They disabled the online payment features for both my accounts. Then, they charged me late fees because I no longer had a online method to pay it and started making automatic debits from all my accounts even after I called them and told them to stop and just let me do online payments like I always have. They have no care for the customer or how they choose to screw them over.

Went to get some xlr cables for my microphone. Good atmosphere, great people that work there. Was happy I only got asked once or twice if I needed help instead of pestered to try and make a sale. Overall it was a good trip and I'll most likely be back

I've been told that CA is the Walmart of music stores in our area, and I couldn't disagree with that friend more. I've not had a single issue with any of the CA House of Music stores. I've had routine setups over the years that have been incredible. A few weeks ago, I had a local guy put strings on it, and he insisted on a neck adjustment that made the guitar unplayable. The same local guy also insisted that there was an electronic issue and that it wouldn't play for him, so he rewired the jack. When I got it home, I realized it was in terrible shape.. the Zanesville CA guys sent me to St Clairsville to see the guitar god-king that is Tim Brown. He knew he'd have to order some parts for my new guitar, but he assured me I'd leave with a guitar. I learned more about my guitar in the hour I was there than I ever knew before. I left with the Dean, as promised, and tonight just picked up the Les Paul. I love it. I've had a hard time staying in a routine, but having these things so finely tuned makes me suck at guitar easily to swallow and work to change. I also sincerely appreciate the reasonable prices and the hospitality while I was hanging out. I sincerely thank both Zanesville and St C. CA House for treating my 2 favorite possessions with such care. Thank you.
