        No one would answer their phones. The restaurants, guest service, concierge, etc. Very poor customer service. You also need an app where things like reserving a restaurant can be done. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 5/5 More

        We've been to some other waterparks but we knew this was the "grand daddy" of them. It didn't disappoint. I think we'll be back to check it out when the outside is open. Rooms: Seem to be much more soundproof than others in the area.

        We go once a year for a convention, sometimes more than once a year. Nice place, clean, friendly people. We had a bad room our last stay, but they were apologetic when I let them know.
