They closed their lobby conveniently at 4.30pm same time truck drivers start finishing their day. After 4.30 if you're a truck driver they expect you to stand in line of cars and rain. Disrespectful. McDonald's next door will allow anyone inside no matter who they are.

When though the drive thur on 3- @ 2:15p. I ask for Arby's sauce with my order since I was using it on the sandwich for my lunch. I didn't received it or napkins. They need to retrain their staff. If we stopping going there then the store will closed. This is the second time this happen at this location to me. If they don't want my money then I will go somewhere else

Crispy Chicken Sandwich came with one small piece of chicken in it which only covered half the sandwich, the rest was just bread. All 4 large fries were different temperatures, the one I ate were the coldest. One of the Beef and cheddars had hardly anything in it compared to the other one, the only food that came out the way it should have was the gyro. Waste of $30
