Very rude staff I wouldn't recommend to anyone ever

Office staff is very rude. They changed a appointment time i made six months prier for my children with out asking me when i called to let them know i could not make the time they changed it to i got told ok well only one kid can see the dentist and the others will just have the dental hygienist the dentist has been leaving early on Mondays and i will also have to tell the girls they will have to wait on you i was stunned by the rude comment and just said ok and hung up. Later i called back to just have the appointment changed and another lady answered i explained the conversation earlier as to why i wanted the appointment changed she said you don't have to change they just won't see the doctor so i asked why would they change my time with out asking and then wait not even a day before to call when the appointment was made six months ago when they knew the doctor was leaving early on Mondays she said if i didn't like coming to them i had other dentist i could go to in the area so i asked to speak to the office manager this lady says "oh so you want to speak to the one you said made a rude comment then because that was who that was the first time you called the rude one" I said "no i would not just take down my name and number and i would like to speak to the doctor personally thank you" she hung up on me. About a hour later a dental hygienist that my children have seen many times before called to reschedule the appointment to a day and time that would work for us and she could see my children and she made a point to say so they would be treated and taken care of right. I will be looking for a another dentist i have never been treated so poorly by doctors office before.
