        Unfortunately, a horrible experience with Beth, the scheduler/reciptionist. Lesson learned as I was mislead to believe that my insurance was accepted and able to be used on the dental cleaning. Apparently not, and since I was not told prior to the provided services the bill must be paid. A cautionary tale to double check and not take anyone's word.
