Great place for flooring. They did a vinyl plank floor and carpeting for us. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service! I highly recommend this company. They took their time with me in the store to help me select the best flooring for my budget. They werent just trying to sell me their products! The installers were very professional, friendly, timely, and did an amazing job.

We had a great experience with Shays Carpet, they went above and beyond for us with a short time line. Would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring!!

If I could give less than one star I would do that. Completely and absolutely disappointing. I chose to use a local business over a big box store and wish I did not 1. Poor communication. Screwed install times 2. Customer treated as a burden 3. Not truthful I will not use nor recommend Shay Carpeting of Perrysburg

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!! I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. The owner, Joe, continues to change his story and back out of promises. They will take your money up front but refuse to stand behind their work. I had several concerns immediately after my floor was installed. I was reassured that they would stand behind their product and workmanship if any issues were to arise. Sure enough my early concerns became a reality. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and have not had a response. Was told on the phone they would call me back but haven't yet. They worked really hard to get my money but aren't willing to even talk to me about my concerns now. Their slogan is "We don't want all the business...just your business." Well they should change it to "We don't want to screw everyone...just you!" So disappointed by a company I initially trusted and spoke highly about.
