        Have gotten my Easter flowers there for 30+ years, and they are always beautiful and the people have always been helpful and very nice!

        What I ordered and what I got was not the same. Paid 96.00 and the arrangement was advertised that it came with white roses, it didn't, it came with yellow roses. Advertised it came with carnations , it did not. Advertised it came with succulents and it did not! Nothing was what we paid for. Be careful ordering from them. It was was a wonderful place to order flowers., that is now longer the case.

        I have this to say, we went in, picked out a planter told them we wanted RED flowers and a red ribbon. The gentleman there even stated RED CARNATIONS and this is what we got.. VERY VERY disappointed!!!! They sure DONT look like red carnations to me, and the ribbon dont look redthis was for my mothers funeral services her favorite color was red thanks for that Hirzels!!!!!!!

        I ordered an arrangement called butterflies and violets for my daughters grandmothers funeral. Butterflies have a significant meaning to a lot of people. When it arrived it was just violets. Sent email to them and no response. Sad not to get what you order for the occasion!
