Kristy was so caring and made sure she answered all my questions. Even when I was worried about the refund advance she assured me that I had no reason to worry. And I had 3 of my kids with me and she kept them occupied and was still able to keep up with what we were doing and she was nice and very open and made us comfortable! Had a great experience! All my questions were answered and she took her time to show me how to set up everything!! She was fun and made me feel so comfortable! She made my time go by easy and she made me understand every step! Kristy Mitchell was so inviting and her store was very clean! Even when I had to call her because I was confused, she took the time to walk me through it all!! If you want your taxes done by someone fast and who will also make you feel comfortable go to JACKSON HEWITT ON BROADWAY SOUTH TOLEDO!!!
