Complete Detail Cleaning & Restoration

Complete Detail exceeded our expectations and helped us to alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress caused by other companies. We had a lot of bad luck with our new home due to an unexpected flood. We attempted to use other companies before we found out about Complete Detail Cleaning. Attempting to use the other companies was a disaster and we are beyond thankful we that contacted Complete Detail when we did. They were very professional, hard working, prompt, had exceptional communication, and appeared to genuinely care about our needs. We had a deadline that we needed to move into our house by which we explained to Holdon. He willingly rearranged his personal schedule in order to accommodate these dates for us. They were out to our house immediately to start drying out our home and two days after contact to start the reconstruction/mold remediation process. The mold remediation made everything look 100% new which was amazing. He went above and beyond to give us further recommendations regarding the home that we could do ourselves or that he was willing to do for us. Any quotes requested were in my email that day. Holdon was also willing to contact our insurance company and attempt to get us the best deal for what was needed. The cost was very reasonable ( saving a little bit of money was not worth it to go with other companies because they were not as prompt and created us more issues in the long run) …For example we needed a new roof and our duct work redone. We went with a different company. Holdon ended up cleaning up their messes. The roofing company we first attempted to use was terrible in many aspects…I contacted Holdon and His suggested company was there the next day and even brought in another crew to help ensure the process was completed that day. They additionally found that our insulation was bad. We contacted Holdon and again he stopped his personal schedule in order to come work closely with the roofers that day to ensure that all our insulation was removed and that the mold was cleaned up completely. I wish we would have contacted Complete detail from the start. All in all, we contacted Complete Detail Cleaning for mold remediation and ended up using them for drying out our home, mold remediation, construction needs, roofing, HVAC cleaning and issues, insulation removal and will be using this company for the re-insulation of our home. Furthermore, we had issues finding the color of flooring that we wanted. Holdon showed us samples that he had and we purchased flooring through him. Our home is beautiful, mold free and we were able to move in by our deadline. I can not thank this company enough for all they have done. I highly recommend using this company for the many abilities they are able to preform and help with! 5 STARS 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 The two gentleman were very professional and explained the entire process in detail and answered any questions we had. They were very clean and tidy while doing their job. Very polite towards our pets when they were curious on the two strangers in their home. They were very polite when making suggestions about doing more than what we anticipated. While doing so, they explained the reasoning why and then left the decision completely up to us, all while not being pushy. Will definitely have them come back on a yearly basis. They now have a costumer for life.

Without the help of Complete Detail Cleaning and restoration my family would be with out a home to celebrate Christmas. They were able to come out and get our insurance company a properly written quote sent out all in the same day. Then helped us get everything sorted with insurance company and were out starting the job just a few days after that! Job was completed quickly with any unforeseen problems being resolved without issue. The biggest difference between the other companys we had come out and Complete Detail was I felt like Complete Detail was there to help us get through this nightmare and not just there to give us an estimate and leave. Felt like they took a personal investment into getting us the help we needed as quickly as possible before the problem got to far out of hand. Great ppl to work with !!! Prior to moving cross country we purchased a home via video chats. When the time came to sign papers we flew in to take a final look at the house in person, when walking down into the newly renovated basement we found it was flooded and had 6” of sitting water in it at its deepest point. Complete detail was there immediately working with the owners insurance company to get the problem. Solved. (The previous owners were already moved and living in another state) Complete detail cleaning and restoration got we’re able to get everything figured out so that we could sign papers and move forward. They found the problem was a failed sump pump. After removing all the water damaged wood, carpet, drywall etc. they installed new sump pumps and drain lines into the back yard. I would recommend this company a 100 times over. They made it easy, made us feel comfortable and most of all they did exactly what they said they were going to do. 5 + stars from us.
