I used this wonderful law firm for one of the hardest times of my life. Tom was my lawyer and he helped guide me through the process and was amazing at what he does. He helped to change our lives for the better and I can't thank him enough. He is very knowledgeable and always knew exactly what to do. It was a dreadful year long process for me but we got through it. That part was not his fault by any means. They helped me set up payments so it was affordable and made what I thought was impossible possible. I will be sending everyone I know going through a custody battle to him from now on. Also his staff was always right on their game and took care of any needs I had. Big thanks to them as well. Hint: if you really need to talk to them just call the office to set up a appointment over the phone. He's a very busy guy for good reason.

Our customer service experience was terrible. Multiple times it took days or weeks for someone to respond to us even when we had immediate needs. Most of the documents we received had multiple things wrong on them including names, addresses and phone numbers......sometimes it was very simple things such as times (and it took so many requests from us to get these things fixed) Things were accomplished at the very last minute with little to no update (even though we would call and email and ask for updates), leaving us with alot of anxiety. We even feel like we got tricked into agreeing to things we didn't want to agree to (it was worded one way to us, another to opposing counsel and another in court, which confused everyone). Some of our private/personal information was told to our opposition. We got an email forwarded to us with another client's documents attached to it on two different occasions.
Our lawyer seemed very informed on the law and was a good "salesman"/talker, but the frustrations with everything else was not worth the price in our opinion, especially at such an already stressful time in our lives.

I can not say thank you enough for all that they did for my and my family.
I was able to get custody of my son.
Mr. Hale was aggressive and professional throughout the entire case. I am so happy that I found this office.
