      image 0 stars the lady never helped. She was very rude talking over me accuse me of cursing at her. Wouldnt transfer me to retention or anything resulted in me ending my 7 year relationship

      image During a home purchase I was walked through my coverages and detailed my MONTHLY payment for bundled auto and homeowners coverage. After spending Close to two hours in this discussion going back-and-forth with prices we finally settled on a plan that fit my budget. Surprisingly, however, my first invoice came with the annual fee due instead of the monthly as discussed and no option to pay monthly.
      Additionally, every piece of documentation states one name as my insurance agent yet another agent is actually the representative for whom I have no contact.
