When shopping for a pre-owned piano how many dealers are near or around your neighborhood? How many of those music stores do you call for pricing and inventory information? How many do you visit to see the piano itself? How many of you let your fingers do the walking? Remember that slogan? If you shop to save like buying an airline ticket for $100 less or a car for $1,000 less do you take advantage of that? Well, I do, and after calling a number of local music shops I found Garry who was almost a 2 hour drive away. He took his time describing the different pianos in stock and I received very thorough appraisals of each one, however, he had one particular piano (even played it over the phone). It was a fine-looking piece of furniture he claimed in mint condition. As a musician myself and buying several pianos in the past, I came to appreciate Garrys technical knowledge. After lengthy conversations over two days I finally bought that beautiful console piano. It sounded great, looked exactly as described and my children were impressed as I bought this piano from Garry sight unseen and he delivered it right to their living room. His price was very fair, and I paid a reasonable delivery fee because of the distance. The kids were excited and OlGrampa and Gramma were too. Thank you so much, Garry. Theyre taking lessons.

Garry is a really knowledgeable and professional when it comes to pianos. Even more so with his bed side manner. He helped me find a great piano and a very reasonable cost and moved it twice for me already. He recently came by the house to tune the instrument and noticed a slight reverberation in a few keys and fixed it up perfectly. Thanks Garry!!
