A bit unhappy with the company. They came to my house and gave me a bid and I agreed to the price. When they came to perform the service they put extra charges on the bill. They hadn't accounted for the basement windows which are very much in view, since it is a walkout basement that has the entire back open. They also told me that the original price included screens, but when they got here it was changed to $2 extra for each screen; with 28 screens that is another $58 dollars. Probably not going to call them back. But to be fair, they did do a good job of washing the windows.

I am less than impressed with my experience from this company. We live in close proximity to the steel mill in Middletown and hired them to come out and clean the exterior of our home. We have aluminum siding on our house which makes high pressure water nearly impossible to use to clean it. So we were told they were going to scrub our house since the pressure of the water would remove the paint from our siding. They only scrubbed after my husband went out and said something about soot still being on our siding and even after the cleaning he was able to go outside and wipe off more soot off the siding.
