Has always been above board on all of the arrangements that I requested. They have always gone out of their way if need be to fill my order. If I called in from out of state, I could trust that it would be taken care of like I requested. Have been going to them ever since the
Ada Greenhouse closed.

I called for a quote on roses and was given a total. I called back less than 5 min later to order and was told it would be another $115 more than what I was told less than 5 min prior. She said she was reading off the regular price and didnt account for Valentines Day so Id be charged more. If you tell a customer a price then you should honor that price. Really disappointing.

I called from Arizona to place an order for a funeral flowers for my brother-in-law I did have a limit that I wanted to spend and I explain to the girl who answered the phone while I was looking for being as they didnt have any pictures or anything that I could look at and I did ask her to take a picture of the arrangement which she did do and she sent it to me but when I saw the pictureOf the flowers I was very disappointed I had looked at other websites and saw what I could get for the same amount of money and it was three times or more the size of an arrangement when I asked her if she could add some more flowers to it for me she said that it had already been sent to the funeral home and so we couldnt do that. If I ever have to send flowers to Ada Oklahoma again I would not use this florist.
