Would not recommend this guy for anything even if the work was being done for free. Took my money said the work would be done in four weeks. Well let's just about 4 months later maybe little longer finally got a refund but kept getting the run around. Do not recommend. Doesn't even know what he's doing. This guy is not legit. DO NOT USE.

Search for Jerry Yarberry on OSCN.net before you engage in any sort of business with him. He takes deposits and does not complete the work. He's also in bankruptcy. Will string you along telling you he'll complete the work or return the money and you'll end up in a line of people trying to get your money. Full of lies and fraud. He is not licensed with the DEQ and owes thousands in fines and penalties.

RUN! Do. not. use. I am not a person to ever write a review but Jerry is a joke. Dishonest. A con-artist. Every bad review you've read on here, is true. Every thing that he's promised has been a lie. Lied about installing our water well. Excuses after excuses. We hired him in February 2021. Today is August 2021!
He said we needed electricity in order for him to drill. So we pushed PEC (electric company) to have our electricity installed. PEC could not install right away so my husband and I ordered a $6,500 generator just so Jerry can drill. He said he would install the generator for us but then backed out because we questioned his pricing. He got offended that we asked about the charges then said he would not install our generator after we've already ordered the generator! So now, we have this $6.5K generator on the property just for him NOT to use it. We have electricity installed earlier than expected (yay, right?). Called him to come and drill, then he says, "Weather was bad". THEN, we waited for dry days. Land was dried for days and weeks! Then somebody died (his favorite excuse - he's used this on us two times). Pushed us out weeks and months!
Then after we finally gave up, we asked for our well water deposit back ($6,500). He said it would take 7-10 days. Waited two weeks. NOTHING. Called him and then he said somebody died (uh huh) and was not in town. I gave him a timeline. Told me Friday he would hand deliver my check to me today (Monday). Called me just now and said he filed for bankruptcy at the beginning of the year and legally, can't pay his debt. Uh...Why are you just telling me this now? My family and I are suing him. We only want our money back - nothing more. If you don't believe this review, get ready to put up a fight.
We hired a new contractor - got us in the same week! And the funny thing is, the new contractor says, "You don't need electricity to drill." So we waited months and months and spent money we didn't have on a generator, so just to find out...we didn't need electricity to drill. CON-ARTIST!

We meet up with Jerry the owner on may 28 and wrote $2100.00 check for a down payment on storm shelter it was supposed to be at my house at the end of June. Call Jerry he did answer and said that something was wrong with his truck and that he would be out the next day or later that week to install shelter that week came and went and still no storm shelter. We called Jerry in mid July and asked for a refund of the 2100.00 dollars he said that's fine that it would be in the mail in five to seven business days. After the 7th day of no check we again called Jerry and told us that he would transfer the money to our bank account since he didn't know where the check was. We set up a transfer at our bank and waited two more days and still no money. Jerry text my husband and told him as of today he would give us a check. I called Jerry this afternoon and left voice-mail asking him .when we was meeting up. Than an hour later if that Jerry has his lawyer calling us telling us that he file bankruptcy. So we now know that we are not getting our money and will have to take this company to small claims court. Do not use this company!! Just want our money back and it's been over two weeks begging for our 2100.00.
