Waste Connections of Chickasha

My parents use this trash service. We have a dumpster. We have moved it from our fence line multiple times and they keep moving it closer to it over and over again. Well yesterday the put the dumpster on our fence and broke our posts. My parents are elderly and we take care of their yard and land. Now my husband and I have to fix the fence line. We called to complain they refused to let us talk to a supervisor and demand we sign a new contract just so my husband could talk to a supervisor. 2e declined a new contract she continues to refuse to let us talk to a supervisor. Yes I did cuss at her but it doesn't excuse the fact that their company destroyed my parents property and refused to help us solve the problem. Service: Garden waste removal

I would give NO STARS.......I canceled my service in October of 2014.....someone apparently called (NOT ME) and asked to keep the service going....these idiots kept it going and in the process kept charging me....now I have been in contact with waste connection and they keep saying the same thing and I keep telling them the same thing needless to say it is now March 2017 and I'm still being charged for a trash can and service that I haven't received since 2014......the trash company picked up their trash can in February of 2015....I offered to pay up until then ....after I have done all they asked they are STILL CHARGING ME....I now have a $522.00 trash bill .......
