I was taking my son on a camping trip when I started losing tire pressure, and pulled into this shop. I couldn't find my lug lock key at first, and the owner was very helpful, helping me explore a variety of options, even as far as letting me know of a competing shop that might have been able to get the lug off.
Long story short, I found the key, and they had me fixed up and on my way in just a few minutes, saving my son's camping trip! I really appreciated the help, and the cost was very reasonable.
