        When I switched from Farmers to All-State around 6 years ago, I told them to compare apples to apples and quote it. Mind that I am 57 years old and since I got a license at 15, I have only filed one claim. I traveled 500 miles home from where I went on vacation yesterday and had a rock hit my windshield so I called to see how I needed to handle it with the $100 windshield replacement thing. Her reply was we don't offer that. Huh...I guess it wasn't apples to apples afterall. I then told her that I was going to shop for new insurance and her reply was basically ok, whatever.

      Mr. Pearcy, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and apologize that you are not happy with your coverage. I would be happy to review it with you. I would like to note since this review is about my agency, that we did not write or quote this policy. I looked over your policy and you came to Allstate before my agency was ever opened. We took over a book out of Durant shortly after we opened and that is the agency you started with. I cannot answer for them and the error they made when quoting apples to apples. Knowing that Farmers has the great perk of $100 windshield replacements, my agency always brings that to attention when quoting. Again, I apologize this error was made and would be happy to review your policy with you to make any needed changes. Thank you.
