It was scary when we decided it was time for us to try and buy another house after almost seven years of recovering financially, emotionally and mentally from the economic distress of the past decade or so. We first give God praise for what we have received, then we thank Cat Terry with Gateway Mortgage (and out realtor, Cindy Silvas, G3 Land and Home). From start to finish, Cat was there for us. I do not remember a time when she did not answer the phone when I had any question, no matter how ridiculous it may have been. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home-buying process. She understood all that we had been through, was never judgmental and always had the right words of encouragement and/or support.
