The absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. The equipment and user interface were okay but constantly losing connection. But the real issue we had was when our contract was supposed to be over and they have continued to charge us for 5 months now. When we call in, it usually takes 20-30 minutes before you can even reach someone, and go through the same deal over and over. Then they tell us that its either taken care of or to call back... and phone calls usually end up being 1:30 minutes typically. I am someone who rarely complains and never have online, but just wanted to warn people of their tactics. I’m guessing most of the good reviews are probably all from people who have not had go to through the cancellation process. You have been warned.
