      image I was trying to figure out if Phoenix Insurance could give me a cheaper quote than what I am currently on but they don't respond to Facebook, email, or website requests. I don't have time to call or go down there so they lost a potential customer since they can't utilize electronic methods. They might be a good agency but I wouldn't know since they never responded. There is an agent in Pawhuska that sells the same insurance and she responds to emails, just sayin'! So much for trying to keep my business local.
