Working with Wes was FANTASTIC. If anyone is looking for a boat lift, you know how long some of the waits are given the supply chain situation globally. I connected with Wes, he gave me the timing - far shorter than I expected and he delivered when he said he would. I was not present when he did the install but he even sent me a personalized how to operate video. Now that is what I call exceeding customer expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Boat Floater. Fantastic customer service Wes was awesome to work with, He told us 12 to 14 weeks for our lift and was exactly on time. When he installs your Lift he takes a YouTube video on how to operate it and line your boat up which is amazing!

I had needed a boat lift for my pontoon boat at Lake Tenkiller. I received a recommendation to contact Wes at Boat Floater, and I am extremely happy that I did! Wes was excellent to work with, and once my Boat Floater was installed, I knew that I had purchased an extremely high quality product! MET WITH WES AT BOAT FLOATER OF OKLAHOMA, HE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY BOAT AND A FAIR PRICE. WITH THE WAY TIMES ARE NOW WITH SUPPLY AND DEMAND HE TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT TIME WISE ON GETTING THE LIFT AND TIME APPROX WHEN INSTALL WOULD HAPPEN. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO, AND KEPT ME UPDATED DURING THE PROCESS. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB I AM VERY PLEASED. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOAT FLOATER OF OKLAHOMA TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY THING TO DO WITH BOAT LIFTS.
