        If I could give this agency negative stars I would. I have been with this agency for years, although never had to actually use my policy up until now and ive learned that my entire policy was not what I thought it was. The person I spoke to regarding the issue was rude and just kept saying "nothing we can do about it". Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it takes them days to actually answer an office phone or get a call back. I would not recommended this agency to anyone and would say go to ANYONE else if you are able to! If you currently are using this agency I would make sure to take a good look at what your policy actually covers instead of assuming your agent who is supposed to take care of you actually did. A mistake that I wont be making again.
