I enjoyed working with Jason, Zac and the rest of their team designing and installing the front gardens of my home. They stayed in touch before and during installation and were professional and courteous. My front yard looks wonderful! I am looking forward to seeing it all in full bloom! I highly recommend them.

The challenge: Moved into a new house with a big windows overlooking an empty yard. A blank canvas to create a place where I could find peace and relaxation that only a planted garden can provide. I wanted the design to be asymmetrical and each individual plant to stand out with its own unique leaves and flowers. Jason from SCISSORTAIL LANDSCAPING sat down with me and took whatever time that was needed so he could fully understand what I was looking for. The more he thought about the opportunity to be creative, the more his eyes lit up. He followed up our visit with a plan which would meet my needs. As soon as he was able, the garden was planted and the end result exceeds my expectations. The crew who did the planting were pleasant to have around and made it clear that their only goal was to make sure that I got the garden I wanted. Found this outfit at a home show we attended since our existing landscape was in a hurt. Had Zach design a complete tear out and redo of our existing landscape due to freeze killed bushes. I know nothing about plants and such, so Zach was amazing at listening to what I wanted and filling in the blanks with his vast knowledge of what works together and what doesn't, while remaining in our budget. He developed an amazing design so we proceeded. Work day came and his entire crew was very professional, respectful of my property and efficient. By the end of the day the finished product did not adhere to the design, but exceeded it across the board! As install progressed, Zach continued to tweek it, explaining his vision and getting my approval at every step. We couldn't be more pleased, our property looks better than it ever has! Kudos to him and his crew, and I look forward to working with them on the next project!
