I really wish we had a better experience.
We were seated immediately by a super kind hostess. About five minutes after being seated our waitress walked by and said be with you in a minute. Ok- cool. After taking payment from someone at the front, helping two other tables- refills, Togo boxes, payment, and chatting in the back with a coworker, she came and took our order (10ish minutes). We wait another ten minutes and no drinks. A kind teenager brought our appetizer out and I asked him if we could please get our drinks. Our waitress was at the computer leaning again the counter talking to another waitress. He brings us our drinks and apologizes. I got up and asked the hostess for crackers because our one year old was getting fussy because it was taking so long to get our food. I was told they dont have crackers, which surprised me because every location Ive ever been to does. Another waiter came out with our food, which was good. I feel portions left a lot to be desired. For the price I think there are better BBQ options in Tulsa. But, lack of being waited on really was frustrating. We had to ask for refills, was never checked on or asked if everything was good, and just the lack of service was bothersome for the price of the food. Our order was taken and that was it.
I hope this was just an off day, but Im not so sure.
