Had two items of clothing to be laundered at facility at 8 am. First of all, you have to pay when dropping off! Was guaranteed clothing would be available by 5 pm the same day! At 5 pm, one item was here and was told the other had been to delivered to another location! Went first thing the next morning and it was still at the wrong location!
Will not use this establishment again!!!

This buisness now goes under the name "Super Cleaners" My clothes took longer than the lady told me they would, when I asked her about it when I went to pick the clothes up she was really rude and begins to tell me she told me after 5 and "it is written on the door". 3 of us were in the room and all 3 of us hear her say "they will be ready tomorrow." It was the next day like she told me and they were not ready.
She also wrote down my name as being "Shelby Smith" and told me she would fix it. Since I had been in twice and didn't want to deal with the rudeness again I sent my husband to pickup the clothes. The lady couldn't find it under the name "Shelby Smith" nor under my name. Eventually she had to have my husband go through all the clothes to search for our clothes.
They were supposed to clean my coat and his 2 suits and sew 2 buttons (we provided) on the suits. They sewed the navy blue button on the black suit and didnt even sew a button on the black suit. The entire experience was a hot mess.
