Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They are obviously acquaintances of the owner. I ordered flowers 5 days in advance and asked that they get delivered in the morning. They barely made it before she left work at 4pm. The arrangement was very underwhelming and plain for $91.00. I will not be using Kay’s again nor will I be recommending them to anyone. Oh and watch the next review will be a 5 star to offset my 1 star.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers and chocolates to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. Vday, I received a missed call and voicemail telling me that ‘there was no car in the driveway so he assumed no one was home, but if I wanted my present I could meet him at wild flower cafe.’ It was very creepy. I asked my bf if I should be expecting something delivered & he said yes, but not from a restaurant. I called the number back & he said that he didn’t ring the doorbell because no one was in the driveway. I told him I would have answered the door if he would have rang it. Long story short, he didn’t deliver the flowers till hours later, late in the evening.. my bf could have given me the flowers himself at that point. Also, I didn’t receive the chocolate he paid for.. however, the chocolates were refunded.
