Great people but why is the ONLY place I can send a FEDEX from this far away and at the bottom of the list.
If I would have been paying to ahip this, I would have given up and went to UPS
Anyway, great people and great service here. Skip all the other places that claim to be FEDEX but don't have so much as an envelope.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 732 W New Orleans Street, Broken Arrow, OK. My experience was far below the standard I expected from a reputable company like FedEx. The staff was not only unhelpful but also showed a lack of concern for my urgent printing needs, when I repeated for the third time my project parameters. Despite the store's promise of efficiency and reliability, my project was handled carelessly, incorrectly, and unprofessionally, resulting in significant stress created unnecessarily. The lack of communication and professionalism at this location was appalling. I left feeling frustrated and let down by the service, which failed to meet the basic standards of customer care and satisfaction. I strongly advise others to consider alternative services to avoid the inconvenience and disappointment I endured.

Had a very complicated shipment that I needed to handle over the phone with a client shipping from OK. Christian and Michael were AMAZINGLY helpful and patient as we sorted out all the details. I really appreciated all their help!

They like to charge you then charge you again 3 days later. Someone is using my card and the only thing I can think of is the employee who I handed my card to that had trouble with the machine did something to my card number. Dont trust the employees with your card cause they like to use it
