Ryan was very responsive and professional with communication and setting realistic expectations. I appreciate that he was able to work with me to come up with a plan to meet my budget. I like his "no surprises" policy. He sent Jared, who showed up on time, was professional, and completed my furniture assembly in a timely manner. I'm fairly handy with a lot of things around the house but when I have a project I'm uncomfortable doing, I call Ryan. He has done some work that required a ladder, which my wife and doctor have banished me from, some faucet installs, and a storm door install that I just didn't have a good feeling about. Every time he was on site on time and done when he said he would be. The work is neat, clean and well done. I will recommend Prime Home to anyone that needs work done. If Ryan can't do a job for any reason, he will tell you right up front and why he can't. He is as honest as the day is long.

I am very happy with their handyman services! Prime Home responded quickly. They proved me a quote after I explained what I needed fixed and sent some pictures over. The showed up on time and did everything they said they would at a fair price. Ryan was the guy I communicated with and Jarod showed up and did the repairs. I definitely recommended them for repairs. I needed the granite in my kitchen cut for a newer, much larger sink I had purchased. Ryan Cole was the gentleman I spoke with and he made it clear he could accommodate my request but set a realistic expectation of a 3 week wait and asked if that was ok. I agreed and the next day was sent a contract detailing the work requested with time frame and wanting my approval. A week before the work he messaged with an opening in his schedule. The day before he sent a reminder that the work to be done would be the following day and that he was looking forward to meeting me. Today he showed up 7 minutes early to inspect the job and after a very delightful interaction he went to work. I asked him if he would like some music or something in the background and he said that with the level of detail required for the job he prefers a quiet environment to focus on making sure his work was impeccable. It was. He did his due diligence to make sure he made as little a mess as possible with the dust and performed admirably. Fair price with great communication and even with the slightest of error (neither myself nor my wife would have ever noticed even being OCD) he was upfront and honest. I would recommend him for any future project with zero hesitation. 5 stars all day. Service: General construction
