Farmers Insurance - Justin Calvert

I called Justin and filed a hail claim and he said if you have any issues to call back. I had some issues with the claim and called him. Justin got me in contact with another person and he said to me “remember me” I’m assuming for my insurance needs. Um it’s his job to help me. Since then I have call him two times and had to leave voicemail messages. He has never called me back. I am in the process looking for a new agent.
