Terrible place to work, steer clear. It is a shady company and I'm very surprised they are still in business. A lot of favoritism going on in the office. If they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. They have a huge turnover!

This place is a scam. Will be reporting them! My car was damaged by a transport carrier and Johnson Claim Services (specfically Shane Carter) was assinged as the adjuster. They never even contacted me . I had to get their contact information from the insurance broker of the transport carrier and contact them myself repeatedly with no response from Shane. Everyday they would tell me he is unavailable. And when I did get Shane to call me (called me once after many messages) he suggested I should contact my own insurance company because the transportation carrier is not responding to him. Really? So because the company that did the damage is not answering his calls its my fault? Called again today. And still no response. What a joke of a company.
