This guy is awful. He already lost my auto insurance because of his errors and is about to lose my homeowners insurance because he won't fix my quote. His agency never answers my calls or emails. He claimed my roof was 32 years old and I provided the documentation that it was replaced in 2008 but his still hasn't fix my quote since a week ago. However, he was more than happy to draft my escrow for the inflated amount with a reduced roofing coverage. Don't waste your time or money with him. He is a pathetic insurance agent which always has excuses for his poor customer service.

Life insurance wasnt even in my mind until Jacob started talking about it and i knew i had to make sure my family was protected when the time came. If it wasnt for Jacob, I wouldnt have been remotely thinking about the future but Jacobs understanding and experience when it came to life insurance made me that much more comfortable for the future and what coverage I was getting. When we bought our house, we got a couple of quotes on house insurance from our realtor and picked the cheapest one. We had a bare minimum requirements that Benefitted the Realitor. When Amy recently reviewed the premiums and coverage we signed up for she was able to explain that we better not ever have any claims anytime soon. It took Amy and us almost a month to reach a representative of that home insurance company to cancel the policy. Amy was able to find a cheaper premium rates and combine my auto and home insurance to get a better coverage than my previous premiums promised. The electronic policy switch was flawless. Ive known amy for 24 years and I can say the following with great confidence: Because Amy walks before Lord and not the people, you can be sure you will get her honest service every time. As long as shell be treated right, this business will continue to grow fast. Jacob will be tremendously blessed. Just like pharaoh was blessed through Joseph. Keep up the good work guys.
