Do yourself a favor, get at least 2-3 quotes from other plumbers before calling Mullin Plumbing. You will find 9 times out of 10 Mullins is 20-40% higher. They wanted over $340 for one hour of labor to replace a bathroom faucet.

Called on Sat. Due to toilets stopped up, came on Monday Hunter and Blane showed up at about 2:30. Found out the issue and corrected it quickly. They were very professional and very friendly, answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Excellent service I will definitely call again if I have an issue.

Jordan came out and fixed an electrical issue I was having, he was SUPER friendly and found the cause. I wish I could rate higher then 5 stars!!

Don’t fall for a false sense of integrity with this plumbing company. We had a leak at our small church and they came out and billed us for 13 hours of leak detect and did not find the leak. After being billed over three thousand dollars we still ended up paying seventeen hundred dollars for a leak we had to find ourselves. They installed a prv where they thought the leak was and it did not fix it. Here is a picture of the prv and where WE found the problem. They were right on top of it and didn’t locate it! The management department would not give us any refund. Beware of this company and use your local small plumber, even if you need a leak detect. Going with a reroute in the beginning is better than throwing your money away with a big advertised company like this. I also was told by plumbing manager that the lead plumber was a licensed journeyman. Looked him up through the Oklahoma Construction Industry Board website and guess what? His license isn’t on there! I am extremely disappointed and disgruntled with how Mullins Plumbing is trying to take advantage of a single mom & school teacher. Two plumbers came last Monday, and spent a total of two hours & 20 minutes. They needed to leave during that time(they said 20 minutes, but they were gone 40 minutes). This 40 minutes is included in the 2 hours & 20 minutes. The next day they came for a total of 20 minutes to finish the repairs on my water heater. The total time spent was 2 hours and 40 minutes for both days. I received a call the very next day from Mullins Plumbing for payment. I had not even received an invoice, but she wanted over $1000 for this repair. The parts were approximately $245, and they wanted $800 in labor. I was told that I would not be charged overtime by the plumbers(thus the reason for coming the second day), and yet they were not only charging me overtime, but they were trying to charge me for 5 hours and 30 minutes(almost double the hours).The lady I spoke with said she would have a manager call me the next day, but they never called me. Since I did not receive a call back, I called the manager myself and left a voicemail. It has been several days, and I still have not received a call back. I am so upset and shocked that this well known company would knowingly try to take advantage of a single mom! Service: Boiler repair
