I had it towed to Lifetime Transmission to be fixed. I talked to Wayne the owner and asked him for any help as we needed the van to make deliveries.
Wayne was super nice and said he was checking to find out the cause and would try to get it fixed by end of the day
After determining the problem, Wayne called me with a solution that was quick and saved us money.
Not only was Wayne helpful but he went the extra mile to assure it was fixed and back to us
Quickly.
Best customer service I have experienced in a longtime and will tell everyone who has transmission problem to go to Lifetime Transmission
