Overcharged a lot replacing a fire pit gas pipe ring. Replaced dual gas ring with 6 inch gas pipe ring that looked homemade. Claimed part cost over $400. Found actual 30 inch dual ring fire pit gas ring with pan on Amazon for under $300 that we ended up installing ourself. But, they were punctual.

Koby and his crew were on time and very knowledgeable. They made quick and timely removal of old heat and air system. Installation was just as quick. Burst pipe repaired. The access panel that was cut by one of their plumbers didn't get sealed up. I worked it out with the owner who is a really great guy, who also fixed an unrelated issue I had with my tub. I would recommend this business for sure. Great management team.

Ben was great. He came out and diagnosed the problem. A part hard to be ordered. He said he would come out as soon as it came in. It came in late the next day. He came out at 3:00. I was so surprised that he came out that late but I was so glad he did. Part of the process we asked for was to clean the fans on the blower motor. This was a very tedious job. He did a really great job of cleaning the fan. Thank you so much for taking great care of us. It was great to have heat again! Service: Heating system repair
