Terrible store stay away. Drive somewhere else do not give this store any business. Manager and staff are rude and talk down to people. They don't offer any solutions and just say it's apples servers when it's actually the store employees knowledge. When I walk out of the store and get on cell signal everything on the phone transfers and updates just fine.

This location is terrible, Ashton the manager acts like he hates the world and all the employees emit that same attitude. They treat customers as if you are interrupting them if you walk into the store for help.

The new manager Ashton is always rude and unprofessional every time I come in! From now on I will be taking my business to the MWC T-Mobile!
