Sonic Drive-In

We have 5 drinks ordered and literally 20mins later and still no drinks, drinks are normally easier in food orders, you would think. So we get our order and sure enough 4 drinks are brought now back to waiting. It's unbelievable for the time people wait for drinks. Management needs to step their game up especially on easy orders.

Ordered myself and coworkers lunch. We was shorted a burger and the tator tots were OLD OLD cold and stale. The burger patties were the same way. Preping food really isn't that difficult I dont know what the problem is but someone needs to get this fixed.

Stopped in today and ordered a simple meal. Food was incorrect I would have said something to the manager but I felt bad for the girl car hopping. In the 20 minutes I was there it was only her hopping and she took my order. It seemed like she was the only one working at this place. Won't be back at this location.

Cooperate office really needs to make a surprise visit as a customer so they can see first hand the horrible quality of food that is provided to people. Food semi cold, burgers horrible and blast are not mixed properly over half of it is nothing but vanilla ice cream. They should be ashamed.

Horrible experience, wish I had read the reviews on this particular sonic. I normally love sonic but this location is a big no for me. Put in my order through the app and waited 25 minutes after arrival to get my food. Had to call the sonic because the screen told me a car hop was on the way with my food but instead I waited another 7 minutes to get my food. This was supposed to be a quick stop as I had another destination I needed to make it to but instead from 3pm- 3:25 I sat and waited for my food. On top of that they do not read their tickets. Got a buffalo wing combo and there was hardly any buffalo sauce, no ranch which I had ordered, and no utensils. Also had a burger in which was supposed to be no pickle, add onion, and instead of this we ended up with a burger with pickles, no onion, and a single jalapeno on it for some reason? The worst sonic I've truly ever been to, go to a different location.
