It has been 5 working days and I have yet to receive the refund of $38 and change on my credit card for the standard overnight before 3 pm shipping like I was promised on the phone. They admittedly got my address wrong (which was already in their system) which caused non delivery by 3 pm and my having to go to FedEx to pick up the package myself the following day.
It's a shame because I have been a long time customer and have not had an issue until now. I feel like I was paid lip service just to get me off the phone. I would rather they had told me to pack sand. Telling a customer you are going to refund the shipping because of YOUR error and then not following through is not a good business practice and I am extremely disappointed in this company
Obviously my business is not important to them.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Called and asked information and at first the guys working were really nice and explained if a product wasn’t needed then you could return it with a restocking fee of 25%. That is all they said. Ordered a few different products. Didn’t need one of them ( might I add the MOST expensive one). Called to inform them that would be returning thus product they said they don’t issue refunds unless it’s on the 1st and the 15th if the month. Like seriously? That was NOT explained! And then I called back and the guy on the phone started to cuss st me and tell me refunds were not his job, that department opened up at noon. Will NEVER buy from them again. And if you do, don’t expect your money back.
