      image My mom, Rita, has been at Ashbrook Village Assisted Living facility for one year and five months. The staff have been so wonderful making sure her needs and care were met since my brother and I live out of town from her. The administration also went out of their way to help us during the transition from her home to Ashbrook and then later with our dad and all his changes. It is a home-like setting and you just feel like a big family!
      Once again, life has brought about more changes, and my mom is now moving closer to us. Even though we are thrilled to spend more time with her, we were sad to say good-bye to care-givers that were like family to mom. Debbie Mortensen
