The days are gone where you spent $100 on a hotel room and expect it to be nice. Our experience wasnt horrible, but the place could use a lot of work. We got two beds in a room, only came with one set of shower towels, the refrigerator didnt work, there was mold in the bathroom above the shower, and the ceiling had a hole in it and exposed above one of the beds.
Breakfast was busy so they ran out of a lot of things by the time I got there around 8:45. I had to ask them to restock, not a big deal.
The beds were comfortable, the temperature was great, the shower pressure was good

Zach, Valerie, and Valeries manager were all very welcoming and I appreciated the customer service we received during our stay.
The free breakfast was good.
Plus its a 5-ish minute drive from Choctaw Casino.

Place was awful! My sister in law booked us 4 rooms so me and my family could stay over night while we traveled to Texas. Rooms had cracked tile in the bathrooms, i had to tell my kids to be careful so they didn't cut their feet! The lady at the front desk told us right away that she didn't check the room to see if it was clean. She said they were short staffed. Well if your short staffed you shouldn't be giving ppl rooms to begin with. Especially if you can't check to see if it's clean. The shower was dirty, the shower curtain was covered in dirt! No toilet paper only 2 towels for a hotel suite. The air conditioner barely ran,my bed was so uncomfortable i was up crying at night. The pull out bed had no sheets. The lady at the front desk WAS super nice. I felt bad for her she had to run around the hotel to try and find us blankets and she could barely get around. The hotel has no elevator either. Extremely disappointed we wasted money on 4 rooms!
Rooms: Disgusting!
Safety: Like i said in my review, my kids had to be careful so they didn't cut themselves!
