There is a lot to like about this hotel. If you are abled bodied I bet this hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was so good. The staff was always very nice and helpful as well. However there were two issues they could not help.
I choose this hotel because it was advertised to have a chair lift for handicap individuals for the hot tub and pool. I also wanted my mom to be able to take a shower and the bedroom suite handicap accessible room advertised having a fold down chair.
Upon arrival the room didn't have a shower chair that folded down so she can't take a shower. Also the pool chair lift was missing and the hot tub chair lift was there but rusted, cords cut, and nonoperative. I know people that aren't in that situation do not understand but she has to have me push her to stand to get out of hot tub in front of people and it is embarrassing for her. She also has to crawl up steps and then couldn't even shower after. I stayed 2 nights and paid over 400 Dollars. This was her vacation to see the eclipse. She is 70 and probably won't make it to the next. I would of looked for a different hotel that maybe was more handicap accessible.
If you want to be handicap accessible then do it. If not then take the equipment out and update your pictures.
What you are doing now is just causing disappointment and embarrassment for handicap individuals. Do better.

Very clean rooms and hotel overall. Friendly staff! They made me a pot of decaf. The front desk attendant gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Lots of options for breakfast: biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurts, waffles, 3 kinds of juice, milk, fruit. Very happy with our stay and will stay here again next time.
Rooms: Very comfortable

My night stay was terrible neighbor had dogs that barked and cried all night, and I made complaints to the front desk. After talking to the manager, He fixed the issue. Overall, good stay
I would stay again if I was in Durant again.

Stopped here in the middle of the night to break up our cross country drive after having a hard time finding a place to stay. Veronika at the front desk was extremely accommodating and polite - she went out of her way to make sure my husband and I had a nice room. Our room itself was great (clean and safe), but Veronikas kindness was unforgettable. Would definitely stay again!
