        A nice change! You build your own Mongolian cuisine. Choose which vegetables, meats, seasonings, and sauces then watch them cook it right in front of you with your choice of noodles, fried rice, or steamed rice. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. They also offer egg rolls or tortillas, and if you like eggs in your fried rice, just ask! The staff are happy to accommodate you. They were very helpful to me, as this was my first visit. My single bowl was more than enough to fill me up. The vegetables and meat are frozen to remain fresh. Some see this as a bad thing but freezing vegetables can actually deactivate enzymes which prevents loss of flavor, color, and nutrients. Just FYI!
