They never answer the phone when you call they don't fix anything round here but they are nice people round when you talk to them

Dont answer the phones. Walls are super thin. Almost 7 years later and finding out information I shouldve known from management from when I was living there.

Been there 3 times. First 2 times they left the office early. Today I was there at 4:30pm. Sign on the door says OPEN and Manager's car is out front. However, door is locked and no one answers phone.

It takes about 1-2 months to get all the paperwork done , but once you're in they're pretty good to people. They keep the place in order pretty good. In the year I've been here for a year and I've seen them really clean it up and get rid of the riff-raff that was here. The rent goes by your income, even though it's pretty cheap compared to every other place in this town anyway. The maintenance is on top of any problems you have , so that's great. I feel safe and happy here and I'm very glad we came here.
