Everyone that came out was very courteous and helpful. They completed the install in a timely manner and left no mess whatsoever behind. Overall very professional from sales to install.

Quoted me $2900 on the phone for a new compressor. Another company quoted $1400 on the phone but when they arrived they only charged $200 for an extra “hard start” capacitor. Compressors sometimes stick when they get older and an extra capacitor usually fixes the problem for many many years (he said 5 years, a friend later told me it could be 10-15 years and commercial units have them from the factory). But an unscrupulous technician just sells a new compressor when they stick the first time. Not sure what Hill would have done since they never came out. Maybe you can leave feedback if you have experience with them. They should try an extra capacitor first or at least explain why they can’t (it might be legitimate). If not you should leave feedback. But again my only complaint with Hill is their outrageously high price.
