Terrible experience. I just picked up my flowers 2/14/24. Be aware when buying flowers online from here that you are not getting exactly what shows on the image of selected item. It wont let me add the pictures to this review

The most beautiful bouquet Ive ever received! This exceeded my expectations- usually when you get a flower arrangement its sparse, but this arrangement if full of beautiful PINK flowers! When they were delivered the driver even wished me a happy birthday! I am very impressed with Madelines Flower shop and Greenhouse!

I purchase a beautiful bouquet of lilies...I didn't need them until Monday but purchased them on Friday because of the holiday I explained this to Lacy my phone helper....she was courteous, professional and I stopped by she picked a wonderful arrangement for my event. Gave me recommendations of how to keep them fresh and the overall assistance makes this my go to place for flowers.

love these guys; when plans fell through and we needed a last-minute arrangement, they were both very kind, and came through spectacularly. Beautiful, classy arrangement that also saved us. Based on the quality, they will be our FIRST choice next time. Thanks to the very kind person who answered the phone, heard us, and made it happen.
