Dealing with the Neptune Society during the loss of our mother was so easy. Once they came to my home they took care of everything. They are very professional but at the same time very sensitive to what you are going through. They are always available to answer any questions you have. The person that kept in contact with me through the.loss of our mother was Matthew. He kept me informed each step of the way. I was so impressed with the Neptune Society that I decided to go with them for my final arrangements. Like many people it was the last thing I wanted to think about during my life but after seeing what a great job they did in Edmond, Oklahoma I didn't hesitate. I want to do the same thing for my sisters that our mom did for us. I don't want them to worry about having to pay for my arrangements or if I'm out of town or State how are they going to get me back home and what will it cost. With the plan I chose Neptune Society will take care of getting me home if need be. On top of the great service and plans they make it easy to pay for. They offer no interst payment plans so I had absolutely no excuse for not taking advantage of their services.
Thank you Neptune Society for making a subject most of us avoid so easy.

Neptune society treated me very well. They are not only very professional, but also very caring and informative. They explained the whole process in a lot of detail and they are accompanying me throughout this journey. They are consistently caring about my well-being as well so you can tell they truly care about their clients.Im blessed during the hardest time with their care, professionalism and compassion. Elizabeth and Michael were absolutely fantastic in helping deal with the loss of my Dad. There are no words to say how grateful I am for their help and their compassion. Plus, the glass pieces we had made with his ashes are amazing!

It has been a blessing for our family that my parents prearranged there final needs with Neptune Society. When my father passed a few years ago every thing was taken care of, all we had to do was call the number on the back of his Neptune Society card and they took over from there. It made our time of grief so much easier on the family. We met at the Neptune Society office to pick up my father's remains in his urn and took him from there to his final resting place.
And now my mother has passed a couple months ago. We had all moved from Texas, where they had purchased their Neptune Society package, to Oklahoma. The process for me and my sister seemed just as simple. Everything transferred up here to an Oklahoma office nearby. And now we have my mother's remains in the urn she picked out years ago with her husband at home with us waiting to go back home to Texas to be inturned with my father.
I am personally looking into setting up arrangements with Neptune Society for me and my autistic son so when I pass everything will already be set up for him and I can know that things will be prearranged when it is his time to pass when it is his time as well.
Thank you Neptune Society for all you have done to be there in our family's time of need.
