Iron Nation Harley-Davidson

Jennifer single handedly provided me with the worst dealership experience of my life. I've been calling around to different dealerships trying to get quotes on my bike. I spoke with Jennifer and lead off by saying the best offer I had was $8000 cash and $8900 trade-in. After asking some basic questions Jennifer offered me $8215. There was not a miscommunication, because I had her repeat that $8215 was the cash offer. I mentioned I'd be interested in the low rider st also. Apparently that made her forget everything else we were talking about. Upon arrival it was like pulling teeth to get the out the door price on a low rider st without letting them pull my credit. Before I go through the hassle of a hard pull I'd like to know what I'm looking at. Jennifer then said she'd only give me $8000 without completing the application and proceeded to not want to give me the otd price on the low rider st. After pretty much begging for the otd price she finally gave it to me. She then made the cash offer $7900 because she said they would need to complete the 5k service on it. ..I guess she wasn't listening on our first call when I gave the miles and she gave me the first cash offer. This felt like she straight up lied to me. Jennifer had a very sleezy, worn out, run down salesman vibe to her. She used the strong arm method and she was not good at it. Iron nation is in deperate need of a finance individual who doesnt need the website to look up prices and doesnt make everybody around them uncomfortable. That being said, male sales rep and woman running the front were awesome and I'm sorry for writing this review on a place they work at... but Jennifer is the worst.

We called at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday asked if we could leave with a bike and the entire staff inside Iron Nation didnt stop until we where on the bike of our dreams! Thank You ALL! The folks behind the scenes and in the front your amazing and your our family now too!! Stay Safe, Breath Easy and By God Rip It!

Iron Nation with Jennifer as sales person was the best buying experience I have ever had. Every worker at this store is a pleasure to work with.
