Lakeside Pharmacy & Medical Equipment

I called in to refill my medicine that is necessary for me to live. They told me it was getting to expensive and they would no longer fill it. No warning. And the day before I was told they didn’t have time to double check on a copay. We’ve been with them for 2 years. How can they treat good customers like that? Lakeside sucks!

Excellent service. Quickly filled prescription and handled insurance issue for my daughter while we're here on a weekend. We're here several times a year. Lakeside will be our go to every time we're in need!

Always and normally received all my medication for free thru VA though COVID-19 changed that routine plus when our POSTAL SERVICE was altered can no longer depend on getting medication as before. Also with spouse being recently diagnosed with type two diabetes cannot adventure out to much so we decided to request VA and civilian doctors to put our scripts they local pharmacy they gave us a few choices and picked Lakeside to see if it would speed up getting our meds and helped immensely that they have a drive-through so no actual contact with individuals who may or may not have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. Best decision we ever made the staff is friendly courteous knowledgeable on medication side effects and of course they give my fur babies treats that’s always a plus. They text when ready and if I forget a medication that is about to run out they call and if out leave detailed message and just never had that convenient. So if you want a clean friendly drive thru or walk-in that you won’t have to fight traffic or individuals then my lakeside pharmacy is for you!

Lakeside Pharmacy is absolutely amazing! The staff starting with the techs that answer the phone, the pharmacy crew to the Pharmacist are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I have been unable to find a local pharmacy in fact a pharmacy within a 30 mile radius of Muskogee that has my medication each month. When I called Lakeside Pharmacy staff was incredibly helpful and went way beyond what they had to, to assist me! They got all of my information over the phone so as soon as they received my Rx they would be able to fill it and have it ready for me. As if that wasn't enough the staff knowing that I had already been out of medication since my Dr. appt. Due to my local pharmacies being out til after the first of the year and not being able to find any in surrounding towns they took their service even further and called me as soon as they received my prescription knowing that we were having to come from out of town!!!! As soon as I am done posting this review I am calling my 2 local pharmacies and having all my prescriptions transferred immediately to Lakeside Pharmacy! It is well worth the drive from Muskogee to Eufaula! I have Chronic Illnesses and I am so grateful to have finally found a pharmacy that will have my medications every month with no hassle!
