The people in office are great. I don’t understand maybe someone can answer this? I have lived in their district for 18 years, over the past 5 years we go without water almost as much as we have it why? Why r lines constantly breaking? We all pay a fortune to actually have water to our homes and a fortune for our monthly bills, so why? How is this even legal? I could understand it if it was couple times a year but it is weekly, sometimes for days?

Since Longtown has taken over our water system, the water is clear and very seldom off. We had nasty water before they took over. Office is very helpful.

I give longtown rural water less than 1 star on Saturday nights starting around 10 pm this is what time they turn the water off 2 repair leaks. I know this because it's the same time the band starts playing at my business . To the ladies the office i give 5 stars they have always been curious, friendly, & helpful

I have had nothing but great responses from my renters that deal with these ladies on a daily basis. The experiences I personally have had with the two ladies that run the office have been indicative of very professional and and irreplaceable quality of character! I have several accounts with these folks, very very pleased!

Always out of water. I have lived here my entire life and it seems after Dennis was gone its been awful. At least 2 or 3 times a month out of water for hours and some times days. I honestly don't understand.
