I have the honor to work for this agency, and it’s been such a blessing. I can’t even put in words how much people there have done for me. I am absolutely blessed, and honored to be part of it, wouldn’t want it any other way. The people owning it aren’t just owners, or bosses, but they truly and legitimately care for the people walking in, as well as the people that work there. They truly live what they preach, and keep their word. To me, they are family, and I am so grateful for the team, the people, the environment.

Me and my mother have been insured with jiles for 5 years , we love these guys, great Customer service and Q knows his stuff .. Great people with great attitudes. It feels more like family. Our Insurance will always be with these guys!!!!

You walk in this office and you would think your in church that’s a great thing I love it but it’s to make you think they are good people. I am not here to judge anyone but this guy is amazingly scam artist yo what I have seen so far. He charges $10 for additional insured. If you need to add a company on your policy just to get that paper from him he will charge you $10 to $20. They took my money and they sent someone to my office for inspection after they took the %20 and they will come up with so much crab like the grass is too long if I don’t cut the grass they will cancel my insurance on my commercial location. I have all the emails and the inspection paper and will show it to anyone interested or if you think I’m not telling you the truth. Stay away from this firm trust me.

Q is by far the BEST and most caring insurance and person i have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has and does go over and beyond for his clients. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE looking for insurance. An amazing man!! Thank you Q for helping me when I didnt think anyone would!! Kristi Brown
